Sarah Rafferty

Sarah was bitten by the acting bug while she was in junior high school. When her drama teacher caught her running across his lawn to try not to arrive late for the field hockey game, he advised that she should not attend practice but take part in the production of Richard III and thus began her love affair with acting. Sarah was able to blend her passion for acting with the academics she pursued by double-majoring at the level of English in Hamilton College and pursuing a study abroad program at London, Oxford and London during her senior year. After graduating from Hamilton College magnacum laude she went on through Yale Drama School. Her parents, who were also talented artists as well as English teachers encouraged her to pursue a career in the arts. Her training and talents paid off. Samantha Who?, Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? along with many other TV series have featured her. With Out A Trace CSI Miami and Bones and feature films such as: Four Single Fathers and Falling For Grace along with many stage shows that have professional actors like Gemini as well as As You Like It. Sarah is an active advocate for Alzheimer's Association since she began acting on TV. Sarah was host of the annual Sardi's celebration for three years running and also presented the Sardi's party this year. Sarah lives on both east and west coasts with her two daughters. Sarah is often in Toronto frequently for work.
